Keeping communications flying
for a leading European airline

Print Economix was invited by this European budget airline to review its print and logistics operations across the EMEA region. Acting as a strategic advisor, we guided stakeholders through a structured transformation programme, delivering solutions and uncovering opportunities to enhance performance, reliability, and sustainability.

What we did

Our partnership began with a collaborative onboarding phase, working closely with airline teams to audit every printed asset and workflow. This consultative review laid the foundation for a seamless transition with zero downtime. We then introduced a centralised logistics model, powered by a secure, custom-built online platform, enabling real-time access at every airport station. Today, it manages over 200 mission-critical print items and more than 28,000 annual warehouse picks – each aligned with exacting operational schedules.

Beyond logistics, our expertise informs their inflight marketing, covering onboard adverts, magazines, brochures, and signage. We coordinate with retail and brand partners to meet tight deadlines with precision, ensuring passengers experience a consistent, high-quality brand presence.

The result

By aligning print production with passenger demand and streamlining supply chains, we’ve delivered measurable operational gains. Our ESG-led initiatives have helped offset over 6,000m² of tropical forest loss and are on track to save over £400,000 through smarter procurement and improved service quality.
