Teams were ordering similar print materials in different ways, with no standard formats for key items like timetables, making costs hard to track. Creative services were often bundled into print costs without clarity, sustainability lacked focus, and quality varied by region. It wasn’t a broken system, but it wasn’t running as smoothly or cost-effectively as it could.
We helped bring the bigger picture into focus. By looking across all the different moving parts, we identified where quick wins could be made and where bigger changes would deliver lasting impact. Our proposal focused on collaboration between teams, better supplier oversight, and a more transparent, consistent way of managing print across the group.
